An HKPO Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will learn to successfully apply process improvement to businesses and organizations across all industries. HKPO Black Belts are experts in identifying problems, analyzing data, and creating solutions to lower costs while improving quality. The Goal is to Drive Out Variation using the DMAIC Methodology through Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. We require a project to be completed for certification, the return on this training can be seen and results realized. Black Belts will be taken to the next level with their DMAIC Skills, and Upfitted from a Green Belt to a Variation Slayer Black Belt with Statistical Backing. Black Belts are typically high performers within an organization that are looking to Thrive! These individuals typically have a passion for learning and solving problems.
